Therapeutic Massage
An integrative massage that combines various techniques and modalities to acheive the desired results of the client. This method of work ensures that from week to week each client receives the massage they need rather than a standard series of techniques that are the same for everyone. My therapeutic massage may include any of the following: Swedish, Deep Tissue, light Aromatherapy, stretching, and targeted heat or cold therapy.

Hot Stone Massage
Heated basalt lava stones are placed on the body and are also used to massage your muscles. The heat adds a boost in circulation while the weight and smoothness of the stones elevate this massage to a deeply satisfying experience.

Designed as the next logical step for Hot Stone clients, the Sport Stone is a combination of Deep Tissue and Sports Massage performed using heated stones. A bridge between the physical and spiritual, Ultimate Aromatherapy is an intense treat for body and soul. This massage combines traditional spiritual oils with the best essential oils for specific organs and areas of the body. These oils are not blended, each is applied separately. Different oils are used for men and women.
