PRESSURE is conveniently located one block from the PATH station in Hoboken on the lower level of 79 Hudson Street next to Devotion Yoga, and Hoboken Acupunture.

At PRESSURE my goal is to help you become free of pain and stress.  Physical pain, mental strain and emotional stress all stand in the way of creating space for the mind and body to be in the moment. So much can be accomplished when the body, mind, and spirit aren't weighed down with extra 'stuff'.  I want clients to leave my office feeling empowered and inspired to reach their full potential and create the life they desire.
